1. Base treatment: The base layer needs to be dry, clean, flat, and firm. Use flexible putty or polymer fine mortar with appropriate strength and good water resistance to scrape the base layer flat, usually 2-3 times. 2. Bottom coat construction: Roll or spray 1-2 coats of exterior wall specific primer on the putty layer or other substrate that meets the maintenance requirements. 3.
